Some items are coming soon as they haven’t been released yet and some items might be out of stock. However you may add your phone number to be notified about any product on our website. Once subscribed to a product, you will be sent a SMS text once that item is available or back in stock.
We ship using Royal Mail Business. We have collections daily so your orders should ship within 72 hours (if in stock) we use double-walled music max mailers to ship you vinyl.
We have a daily collection by Royal Mail.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately if possible sign for the item as damaged, and please take pictures.
If your item is faulty we’ll be happy to replace it (if we still have the item in stock) or you can return for a refund.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
You can order either as a Guest or as a Registered Customer.
If you place an order as a Guest, you will receive updates of your order via email, but you cannot follow up on your order online. In the confirmation email, you will find all the information about your order.
If you register a customer account either before or during checkout, you’ll be able to access your account & have your personal information, payment and shipping addresses saved so you can easily check out later.
Whether you place an order as a Guest or Registered Customer we ask you to enter personal information that is absolutely needed for us in order to fulfil your order. As per the governing EU law regarding online data safety and processing (called GDPR) you can modify or remove any and all personal information from our system through your account.
It is important to note that we don’t store financial data such as credit card details.
